Well, all my plans for staying home and getting a bunch of stuff done went right out the window. Word got out that I was leaving town for a week and my part time job started calling me. I work as a secretary/treasurer for a neighborhood association and I had to do a bank run, sign checks etc. before I leave tomorrow...so that took at least an hour chunk out of my day. What a mess. Hubby is coming home early to take care of the yard and packing his stuff too.
I don't have a lot of time to write, so much to do! I have my sheets washing now. A friend of mine gave me a lot of mess last night for wanting to wash my bedding only to leave town. I guess I look at things like this; when I come home from vacation and hit that front door, I want to be able to say, "AHHH! It's good to be home." Not come home and think, "Oh maaaaan! What a mess. I guess I know what I'll be doing tomorrow."
I will be so glad to get on the road and just sit back and relax. I have a crochet project I am working on and I am really looking forward to that.
Well, I need to get it going here. I have a ton of stuff to do...I'll write more tomorrow. Later taters~ katcha
